1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Adhesives and other perishable or hygiene-related products (due to safety and shelf-life concerns).
Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer (unless the entire bundle is returned in its original condition).
Training courses, digital products, or services (e.g., online seminars or certifications).
Products marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at kristinapetrovaa@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Approval: Returns must be approved by our team. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the items do not meet the eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected, and the products will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds will exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Adhesives and Hygiene Products: Due to their limited shelf life and hygiene concerns, adhesives, removers, and similar products are non-returnable once opened or used.
